During the years, REL srl has specialized in the plate die forming. Thanks to our in-house technical office and to the attention always paid to the continous innovation of production processes, we can assure our customers a complete service. Our technical team manufactures finished or semi-finished workpieces according to customer’s specific drawing, as well as workpieces studied in co-design with the customer.
Press Technologies: Mechanical and Hydraulic
Our machine park represents the beating heart of our molding operations. Including a total of 20 presses, our processing capacities range from 20 to 200 tons. Within this range, we have both mechanical and hydraulic presses, ensuring tailored solutions for the specific needs of each project.

Flexibility in Runs: From Samples to Mass Productions
WVersatility is one of our strengths. Thanks to our manual machines, we can produce samples and small batches with a high degree of customization. In parallel, our continuous feed automatic machines allow us to handle large-scale productions, achieving several thousands of pieces a month.
Wide Range of Materials and Thicknesses
Our expertise isn't limited to the variety of runs: we are also highly specialized in processing a wide range of materials. These include mild steel, high-strength steel, carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, and copper. Additionally, we can manage a range of thicknesses, varying from 0.4mm to 5mm, providing a comprehensive solution for various project requirements.
