The company REL srl, located in the town of Lecco, was founded in 1985 by the present owner and managing director, Mr. Lorenzo Gianola, and since then it has always been specialized in plate pressing.
The factory includes departments for complementary machining, for the eventually required finishing of the pressed workpieces, such as MIG welding, resistance welding, spot welding, drilling and tapping operations, manual and automatic assembly of components. Moreover, the company offers to its customers also the service of industrial cleaning for the finished or semi-finished workpieces.
For the workpieces manufacturing, the Company REL srl has decided to invest in its technical office, for the industrialization of the products in co-design with the customer, for the design and the manufacture of the dies necessary for the production of large batches ; this can be done also taking advantage of an advanced and well equipped tooling department.

REL srl offers the manufacture of pressed workpieces, according to customer’s specific drawing, or also studied in co-design with the customer himself. The technical department of Rel srl designs and manufactures the dies in-house, to carry out the subsequent production. Always in-house, the technical department is able to realize tooling and automatic plants for the products assembly.
A peculiar quality of REL srl, greatly appreciated by main customers, is the capability to design and manufacture pilot-dies in a very short time, for the realization of prototypes for new products; this can also be made in cooperation with the customer, in order to develop the best technical/economic solution for the subsequent batch production.
REL srl differs from other companies thanks to its skilfulness in studying or developing special solutions for each Customer. According to customer’s requirements, the company is able to manufacture single workpieces which fulfill specific requirements.
