Spot-welding and welding
Spot welding ensures quick, precise, and strong joints without the need for filler material. It is the ideal solution for processing thin metal sheets, combining production efficiency, low thermal impact, and high mechanical strength.
Laser welding
We are able to perform welding with 3D 6-axis laser technology, a high precision solution for complex joints and superior quality. This technology ensures minimal thermal input, reducing deformation to a minimum, and allows excellent bead depth compared to joint width. The execution speed and flexibility of the robotic head make it ideal for high value-added processing, even on complex geometries.
Projection welding
We have resistance welders up to 125 kVA, equipped for welding nuts, screws and studs of different sizes. We develop and manufacture customized equipment for projection welding, suitable for parts of variable shapes and sizes, ensuring versatility and reliable results even on complex productions.
Capacitive welding
With a dedicated robotic system, we perform welding of threaded studs through capacitor discharge technology. This technique ensures clean and precise welding, even on reduced thicknesses, thanks to minimal thermal input and high repeatability, making it ideal for applications where quality and aesthetics are fundamental.
